  • Simplified Document Uploads Drivers can now upload all necessary documents via a secure link, eliminating the back-and-forth of email communications. This reduces delays and streamlines interactions between drivers and claims managers.
  • One-Page Claim Overview for Insurers A one-page overview provides insurers with complete claim information, improving accessibility and communication.
  • Task List for Unseen Claims A new task list allows managers to see claims they haven’t yet reviewed, ensuring better claim management.
  • Timeline Filters Enhanced timeline filters on the claim level help track both automated and manual steps, providing greater clarity.
  • Customer Satisfaction Survey in UBCall The integration of a customer satisfaction survey in the UBCall application improves client feedback collection.
  • Custom "Dunning" Levels A feature to flag customers with payment or operational issues, helping to prevent potential problems during claims creation.
  • Third-Party Screen Enhancements On-hover functionality now displays more detailed information about insurers on the third-party screen.

In 2024, we prioritized a major infrastructure upgrade, resulting in a 30% improvement in platform performance. This update ensures:

Rest API Enhancements

  • Sending/Receiving Notes through the API The ability to send and receive notes via REST API expands the functionality and improves integrations.

  • Extended Error Logging Enhanced error logging for outgoing interfaces enables faster issue resolution and customer notifications.

  • Fleet Access Reporting Generate reports for all accounts with access to a specific fleet, improving oversight and management.

  • Improved Parts Ordering Interface An enhanced parts ordering interface adds new functionality for partner integrations.
  • Keyboard-Friendly Time Entry Time fields can now be entered via the keyboard, improving speed and ease of use.
  • Duplicate Flag Extension A new task list helps manage duplicate claims more efficiently by identifying and resolving them.
  • Date Validation Improved logic for date fields (intake, repair, accident) reduces user errors and increases data quality.
  • Loss of Value Calculation Expanded options for loss of value calculation: manual, expert-assisted, or automatic.
