Navigate Claim Like a Pro — with Split View

Tired of jumping between screens to manage claim messages?
With Split View in the Communication Module, you get a streamlined layout where all your communication is just a click away — faster, clearer, and more organized.

What Is Split View?

Split View is a new layout in the Communication Module that displays both:

  • A message list (left panel)

  • A message detail view (right panel)

Switching views is easy:

  • Classic View = single message table

  • Split View = messages + detail side by side

Use the toggle icon in the top-right corner to switch between them anytime.

Use Left Panel to Navigate the Message List

In Split View, the left panel shows all communications related to the selected claim.

You can:

  • Scroll through or filter messages

  • Click a row to open the message in the right panel

  • Sort by Date, Sender, Priority, Subject

 

Visual indicators:

  • Bold text = Unread

  • Regular text = Read

  • Highlight color = Selected message

  • Icons:

    • 🔴 High priority

    • 🟠 Medium priority

    • 📎 Attachment

    • 📌 Memo

    • ✅ Handled

    • ↙ / ↗ Incoming / Outgoing

Use the Right Panel for
Message Details and Actions

Clicking a message opens the full content in the right panel.

Here, you can:

  • Read the full message

  • View sender, timestamp, subject

  • Open attachments

  • Reply or take next action (e.g., forward, mark as handled)

Everything happens in one view — no back-and-forth needed.


Customize Your Layout

Need more control over how messages are displayed?

Use the Layout Mode toggle to switch between:

  • Single List View — All messages in one column

  • Multiple List View — Messages grouped by sender, status, etc.

💡 Tip: Use Multiple Lists when managing a high volume of claims.
