This feature is a two-part enhancement to how damage info is displayed in the claims platform:

A new top header is now visible on every screen, including claims handling. -

The header includes a hover-enabled tooltip showing a quick summary of:-

Why This Matters
Before:
Users had to leave their current screen (e.g., to another tab or section) to access basic
damage data — breaking workflow and losing time.
Now:
The damage summary is embedded in the top header. Just hover to see key info — no clicks or screen changes.
Unified Header Bar Across All Screens
Every screen in the claims platform — including ones that didn’t have it before, like the claims handling view — now includes a unified top header.
To locate it:
- Open any claim-related screen (e.g., Communication Module, Claims Details, etc.)
- At the top, you’ll see key identifiers:
- Claim number
- Vehicle information
- Customer name
- Damage info icon (hover to view summary)
Short Damage Overview Tooltip
The header now includes a hoverable info icon or badge next to the damage indicator.
To preview the summary:
