Now, with pop-out windows, you can view important details without ever leaving the screen — and never lose unsaved input again.

What Are Info Pop-Outs?

Key entity info buttons (Car, Contract, Customer, Supplier) now open in dynamic modal windows, not separate pages. This prevents disruption to your workflow and protects unsaved content like messages or notes.

Why This Matters

The Old Way:

  • Clicking an info button would redirect you away

  • If you had a message draft open, you might lose it

The New Way:

  • A pop-out window opens on top of your current screen

  • You stay in context and don’t lose your work

Functional Details

Info Buttons Now Open Pop-Outs:

  • Car Info

  • Contract Info

  • Customer Info

  • Supplier / Ordered Party Info

Pop-Out Behavior:

  • Opens as a modal overlay

  • Pulls and displays real-time data

  • Does not reload or redirect the main screen

  • Closes smoothly, returning you to your exact spot

How to Use Pop-Outs

1. Find the Info Icons

  • Located at the center bottom of the claim screen

  • Icons include Car, Contract, Customer, Supplier

2. Open the Pop-Out

  • Click any icon — a modal window opens over your current view

  • The pop-out may contain tabs or sections to organize info

  • You can browse without interrupting your active task

3. Continue Where You Left Off

  • After reviewing, close the pop-out

  • Your unsaved content (message, note, etc.) remains intact
