Write, Pause, Return. Without Losing a Word.
Don’t lose your unsent message again. With the Save Draft feature in the Communication Module, you can now write at your own pace — and come back later when you’re ready to send.
What Is a Draft?
A draft is a message you’ve started writing but haven’t sent yet.
Now, you can manually save drafts and revisit them later — directly inside the related claim.
Perfect for working incrementally, navigating away, or pausing for a second opinion.
Key Benefits
- Prevents message loss when navigating away
- Allows message writing in multiple steps
- Keeps unfinished content private
- Linked to the claim for full context when you return
How to Use the Save Draft Feature
1. Saving a Draft
-
While writing in the message editor, click the “Save Draft” button
-
The message is saved and tied to the active claim
-
You can leave and return anytime to pick up where you left off
Tip: Drafts are not auto-saved. Click manually to save your work.

2. Recognizing a Draft
Drafts are visually distinct from sent messages:
-
Gray and italic font style
-
A [Draft] label appears before the sender name
Example: [Draft] From: John Doe

3. Retrieving a Draft
-
Reopen the claim
-
Go to the Communications tab
-
The saved draft appears in the editor, exactly as you left it

4. Deleting a Draft
-
Click Delete Draft to remove it
-
Once deleted, the draft cannot be recovered

Visibility & Privacy
-
Drafts are only visible to the user who created them
-
They are never sent, and not accessible to teammates or external recipients
-
This ensures private, secure, and uninterrupted drafting
