Starting this Friday, you will see a refreshed login screen when accessing the UBench Platform. The update delivers a more modern, secure, and seamless experience — without requiring any action on your side.
Your existing usernames and passwords will continue to work as usual.
Alongside the new look, we’re introducing support for Single Sign-On (SSO). This optional feature allows your organization to integrate UBench with your existing identity provider (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other enterprise tools). Enabling SSO improves security, simplifies login, and reduces time spent on password resets.
To enable SSO, please contact your Customer Success Manager, who will guide you through the setup, or fill out this form.
Why this matters
- No disruption to your login
From Friday, your current login details remain unchanged. You can continue using the platform without interruption.
- Easier, centralized login
With Single Sign-On, you no longer need to manage multiple passwords. One secure login gives you access to all the systems you need.
- Better visibility and control
All login events — from password changes to failed attempts — are logged and monitored. This allows quicker responses to potential threats and gives you greater confidence in account security.
- Compatibility with enterprise systems
Supports SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect. Can be integrated with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise tools.
- Less time wasted on password resets
Users spend an average of 12.6 minutes per week — or 10.9 hours per year — entering and resetting passwords. With SSO, this time can be saved and redirected to more valuable tasks
